On Jan 5. 2012...we all took a bus tour with Jon...and were mesmerized by his knowledge, his passion, his humor and his wonderful story telling skills. Jon really helped us to appreciate the natural beauty of Beaufort, the magnificent oak trees and the low country. We talked about Jon's tour for days, and highly recommend Jon to anyone who visits Beaufort. Thanks so much.

A highlight of our visit to the Low Country was our walking tour of Beaufort with Jon. The way he tells the history of this area is magical -- you can almost feel yourself go back in time!
I highly recommend this tour!!!

You will never see Beaufort like this from a horse drawn cart. Get out and walk it with Jon. Oh, and he does 80% of it walking backwards! This is the ONE tour to take if you visit Beaufort.

I've been on numerous walking tours across the United States and around the world and this is the absolute best one I've ever been on! If you love history or just want to find out interesting things about Beaufort, go on this tour. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot wait to bring my grandchildren back to Beaufort to take them on Jon's tour. He makes history come alive so that the kids can learn to live. His history tour was interesting, fun, informative and educational.

From the second we started our tour Jon began his fascinating narrative. It was filled with historical facts and detailed information on the buildings, trees, plants and flowers. We had taken a carriage tour a couple of years ago, but Jon's knowledge of Beaufort cannot be beat.

Our group of four are history buffs and pretty knowledgeable but we learned a great deal from Jon's tour. He speaks clearly and audibly and with GREAT PASSION and the tour was a delight!

I have had the good fortune to take historical walking tours worldwide, and Jon Sharp's tour of Beaufort, South Carolina ranks as one of the best. His knowledge and passion for the location is the equal of the finest tours of historical Spain, France and Israel. Jon makes the city's and the country's history come alive, and is by itself worth a trip to Beaufort.

What a wonderful tour and host! We were enthralled with Jon's dramatic sense of history and love of the area. We could not think of a better way to learn about the beautiful town of Beaufort, South Carolina.
